Right now, though, everything is up in the air, and that could be good news for the Gunners, who will be desperately hoping to keep the ball out of their net. Nevertheless, Manchester City is a team with incredible depth. Julian Avalarez will seamlessly slot into the striker position ahead of Kevin De Bruyne and alongside Jack Grealish and Riyad Mahrez. Despite their star player being in doubt for the Arsenal match, Manchester City still has a formidable team that will put up a serious fight.
Controversy in Manchester
Last week it was revealed that Manchester City was charged with breaching over 100 regulations in the Premier League’s financial rulebook between 2009 and 2018. It’s still an ongoing investigation, but FIFA has confirmed that the Citizens are at risk of losing any of the Premier League titles they won during this timeframe. They could also have points deducted from their season, be expelled from the Premier League, and be demoted to the Championship.
